Small Fatima Hand Singing Bowl, Blue

Singing bowls produce sounds which induce deep relaxation, holistic healing and decrease stress. People from around the globe have been instinctively drawn to singing bowls and their seductive, meditative tones for centuries.

To play the bowl, place it on the open palm of one hand. With the other hand lightly touch the bowl with the wooden stick, then keeping contact with the bowl move the stick around the rim of the bowl.
