Our work together begins with an Ayurvedic Assessment, where we will evaluate your current lifestyle (food, sleep, relationship, work and self care habits) and explore your health and wellbeing challenges. This initial intake consultation gathers your health history, identifies imbalances, and offers insight into the current state of mind. Each client will receive a follow-up email with a written plan outlining initial food and lifestyle suggestions in order to gradually restore health, clarity, and peace into your daily routine.
Together we’ll discuss how your current lifestyle relates to your vision for wellbeing, and determine what we can do to bring them into alignment. Working one-on-one introduces you to Ayurvedic principles and offers unique insight into your elemental constitution. Consultations are designed to create personal equilibrium, reduce stress, and increase overall longevity.

Change takes time. After your initial assessment, Ayurveda check-in sessions restore balance and continue to guide you toward sustained wellness as you navigate the seasons, the various stages of life, and any challenges that may come your way. We will co-create and refine a wellness plan that is in alignment with nature and your own individual blueprint, but most importantly-feels good, so that you can be your happiest, healthiest self! One hour sessions are typically recommended for the first several sessions.
Sessions depend on the individual and can include recommendations for the following:

You don’t have to have anything ‘wrong’ with you to benefit from having an Ayurvedic dosha + guna assessment! This assessment is a powerful tool to help you understand yourself better and to gain a deeper insight through the lens of Ayurveda, and the way that understanding can help you improve or maintain balance in your life. This session will determine the constitution that you were born with, as well as which doshas are most prominent right now and identify strategies that help you restore balance.


An Elemental Balance Assessment is required prior to booking a maintenance session.

→The Reiki session will take place in a warm, comfortable environment. Music can be used. Client is fully clothed and lies on a table designed for clients comfort. Comfortable clothing is best suited for Reiki sessions.
→Most clients feel a sense of relaxation & peace. The mind may feel calm and the clients physical body should feel relaxed. Reiki is so relaxing that sometimes clients may fall asleep during the session. Clients still receive all the benefits of the session, sleeping or awake.
→At the practitioners hand placements, clients may feel a very slight tingling, heat or nothing at all. The sensations or lack of are not a barometer of the Reiki, they are just how your particular body senses energy. You may feel a peace and calm in your mind or physically in general. It is different for all clients but deep relaxation is almost always felt.

Experience deep relaxation and energetic renewal with a private sound healing session tailored to your needs. A blend of instruments may be incorporated woven into each session, including: quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, gongs, shakers, crystal pyramid, and more! These sessions offer a vibrational soundscape that clears stagnant energy and promotes inner harmony. The soothing frequencies help calm the nervous system, balance the chakras, and support emotional and physical well-being. Whether you seek stress relief, energetic clearing, or a meditative journey, the immersive sounds guide you into a state of deep rest and restoration. Each session is intuitively crafted by the practitioner to support your healing, leaving you feeling lighter, grounded, and renewed.



Yoga Nidra comprises different techniques such as placing the attention or awareness in different parts of the body, suggesting mental images, rotation of consciousness, breath awareness, working with chakras, working with mind & emotions, images of the unconscious, guided journeys, visualizations, moving through the brain wave states and more. It utilizes all channels of communication (touch, proprioception, sight, hearing, speech and kinesthetic sense of movement) and as a result, the entire mind and brain become occupied and habitual thinking and thought patterns can then be reduced or eliminated.
The student may reach into areas of the body that may hold the memories, beliefs and thought patterns that are the root course of our dis-ease. By bringing awareness into these areas, deep tensions that hold beliefs patterns in place can be brought into awareness, resolved and released.

Your initial private session will be used to discuss your goals and map out your ideal practice!
We recommend the use of one yoga mat, two blocks, one blanket, and a strap. For restorative, yin, and therapeutic-focused programs, your instructor may also recommend any of the following: an additional blanket, eye pillow, bolster, or a folding chair.
Wildlight offers private healing sessions during the following hours:
Mon-Fri 4-8pm | Sat & Sun 10-4pm
Reiki, Spiritual Exploration, and Akashic Records readings can be booked on-demand through the booking calendar. All other sessions are booked by request.

Assessments are 90 minutes and sessions are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted.
