Enjoy a sensual, all-levels vinyasa flow to release any tension from your day, nurture your body, and re-enliven your spirit. As we wind our energy down, resident sound healer Jana will play crystal singing bowls to enhance the restorative experience of savasana. Warm ceremonial cacao will be offered to participants as well to open the heart and cultivate a spirit of connection.
