Detox Sound Bath

Feeling the joys but also stresses from a festive but hectic holiday season? Give yourself the gift of deep relaxation by opening to the benefits of sound healing.  Unplug from the stress and constant stimuli that surround us during the holidays.  Allow the healing sound and vibration of the gong and vibratory instruments to wash over your body and mind for clarity and total relaxation. 

This workshop will begin with light breath work, journaling and progressive relaxation to prepare the body and mind for a sound bath.  We seal the energy of our journey with a short meditation.  Totally relax and let go.
