Come learn the language of your animal body and explore somatic resources for relating in this evening of deep, authentic connection & play.

If you crave to feel more deeply connected, safe in your body and with others, and fully expressed in your true nature, you’ll thrive in this nurturing primal playshop.

We will slow way down and notice our sensations with exquisite sensitivity—curiously listening to the creature within and what our bodies and hearts need to feel safe. Rested in our primal power, we will explore (platonic) playful and deep connection with each other in both group and partner exercises. A blend of engaging verbal and nonverbal body-based practices, this flow is designed to empower you with tools to become more pleasurably present in the moment, radically nourished in your relationships, and awesomely alive.
