In this physically challenging class, you'll learn learn the symbolism and sacred meaning of 108. Lauren will guide the practice of 108 sun salutations with quarterly breaks for contemplation, observance, and meditation. Modifications and rest are most welcome. Class will conclude with guided meditation and deep savasana.

You are invited to bring a journal to reflect on your past year and set intentions or resolutions for the one to come as you prepare for a new year of abundant living. Additional celebratory and ceremonial elements will be offered.
